Proper footwear
Specific padel or tennis shoes are mandatory. Street shoes are not allowed on the court.
Respect the schedule
Respect the start and end times of your booking. The court must be free 5 minutes before the next slot.
Maximum 4 players
The court allows a maximum of 4 players per booking. Spectators cannot remain on the court.
Take care of the facilities
Do not hit the glass walls with the racket. Any damage must be reported to the community administrator.
No food or drink
Only bottled water is allowed on the court. No food or glass containers are permitted.
Quiet hours
Playing outside the scheduled hours is not allowed. Respecting neighbours rest time is a priority.

Can I cancel a padel court booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the reserved time. The slot is automatically freed for other residents. Refunds are processed according to the community policy.
How do padel coaching classes work?
The community hires a coach who offers classes at fixed times during the week. Residents sign up according to their level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Groups are small for personalised attention.
What is the skill-level matchmaking system?
Each resident sets their padel level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Competition. When a resident creates an open match, only neighbours of a similar level see it, ensuring balanced and enjoyable games.
How long is a padel court booking?
Standard bookings are 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is the typical length of a padel match. The community can configure different durations if needed.
Can I book for both singles and doubles?
Yes, you can book the court for both singles (2 players) and doubles (4 players). The system lets you indicate how many players when booking.
Can I book the padel court from my mobile?
Absolutely. The platform is fully responsive and will also have a native iOS and Android app with push notifications to remind you of your matches.
How are court regulations managed?
The president or community administrator configures the court usage rules. Residents must accept them before making their first booking. Rules are always accessible from the court page.
