What does COMYVO kids area management include?

Can the kids area be booked for a birthday party?
Yes, residents can book the kids area for birthday parties in the enabled time slots. A maximum number of children is set, a fee and refundable deposit is charged, and usage rules are accepted before confirming.
How are incidents reported in the kids area?
Any resident can report an incident from the app or web: broken swing, damaged floor, graffiti, etc. A photo and description is attached, and the community president receives the notification to manage it.
Are safety inspections tracked?
Yes, COMYVO allows recording all safety inspections performed, with dates, certificates and observations. Automatic alerts are generated when the next mandatory inspection date approaches.
What payment methods are accepted for parties?
Bizum (instant), credit/debit cards via Redsys (secure) and bank transfer. The deposit is automatically refunded if the area is left in good condition after the party.
Can minors use the area unsupervised?
Each community sets the minimum age for unsupervised use. Normally, children under 8 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Rules are accessible before entering the area.
