Good morning everyone. The gardening company is coming tomorrow Tuesday to trim the hedges in the inner garden.

Laura Sánchez 3ºB

Thanks Antonio. Do you know what time approximately? So I don't leave the washing out.

Antonio López President

Around 8:30 in the morning. I expect they'll be done by 12:00.

Carlos Ruiz 1ºA

Great. I'd also like to mention that the lamp in car park B hasn't been working for two days. Should I post it in #incidents?

Antonio López President

Yes Carlos, post it in #incidents so it's on record and the property manager can deal with it. Thanks for letting us know!

Why centralise neighbourhood communication?

Communities that organise their communication reduce conflicts, improve coexistence and make better decisions.

Everything in one place

No more chaotic WhatsApp groups, notes in the lobby and posters in the lift. One single platform for all communication.

Fewer conflicts

Written and organised communication reduces misunderstandings. Everything is recorded and can be consulted at any time.

Full transparency

Official communications accessible to everyone. Nobody can say they weren't informed.

Greater participation

An accessible tool from mobile encourages more neighbours to participate in community life and stay up to date.

More agile management

Incidents are reported and resolved faster. The property manager receives instant notifications and can act without delay.

Better coexistence

Neighbours who communicate better, live better together. Community events, mutual help and a sense of belonging.

Questions about neighbourhood communication

We answer your questions about the chat and notice board

More questions

How does the COMYVO neighbourhood chat work?

The neighbourhood chat is organised into themed channels (general, incidents, maintenance, etc.). Each community has its own private channels and only registered residents can participate. Messages are sent in real time and archived for later reference.

Who can post on the notice board?

All residents can post general announcements. However, announcements marked as official or urgent can only be posted by the president, the board of directors or the property manager.

Are chat conversations private?

Yes, each community has a completely isolated chat space. No resident from another community can access your conversations. Data is transmitted encrypted and stored securely.

Can I receive notifications for new messages?

Yes, you can set up push and email notifications for each channel. You can mute channels that don't interest you and enable alerts only for important ones, such as official communications or incidents.

Can custom channels be created?

Yes, the president or property manager can create as many channels as the community needs: by blocks, by topics, for specific committees or events. Each channel has its own read and write permissions.
