Is it safe to pay fees online?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI DSS certified gateways (Redsys for cards, Bizum for mobile payments). Bank details are never stored on our servers and all transactions use SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication.
How are levies managed?
The president or administrator creates the levy from the management panel, indicating the total amount, number of instalments and payment dates. Each resident receives a notification with their share details and can pay in instalments or in full.
Can I pay with Bizum?
Yes, Bizum is fully integrated into the platform. You just need Bizum enabled in your banking app. Payment is completed in seconds and you receive instant confirmation in both COMYVO and your bank.
What happens if a resident doesn't pay?
The system sends automatic reminders before and after the due date. The administrator can check the status of all payments in real time and generate arrears reports to take appropriate action.
Is a receipt generated for each payment?
Yes, each transaction automatically generates a digital PDF receipt that the resident can download from their panel. The administrator also has access to the full payment history with Excel export.
