Yes, as long as property law requirements and community statutes are met. COMYVO generates certified minutes with all necessary data for legal validity.
Who can create a vote?
The community president and property manager can create votes. It can also be configured so any owner can propose topics for voting.
Can I change my vote after casting it?
It depends on the vote configuration. The president can allow changing votes while the deadline is open, or lock them once cast for added security.
What happens if an owner doesn't vote?
The system sends automatic reminders. When the deadline closes, uncast votes can be configured as abstention or absence, according to the community statutes.
Does it work on mobile?
Absolutely. The platform is responsive and will also have a native app for iOS and Android with push notifications for new votes.
