Access and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions established herein.
3. Description of Services
COMYVO is a comprehensive management platform for residential communities offering:
- Document Management: Exchange of documents between property managers and residents
- Facility Reservations: Pools, paddle courts, meeting rooms, and other common areas
- Communication: Chat and messaging system between neighbors
- Service Provider Directory: Access to verified professional services
- Payment Management: Control of fees and community payments
Currently, basic COMYVO services are offered free of charge.
4. User Registration
Access to certain Platform features requires prior user registration. By registering, users agree to provide accurate information and maintain credential confidentiality.
Important: Registration in residential communities requires prior validation by the community president or property manager.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with the law and these Terms, refraining from disseminating illegal content or introducing malicious software.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is property of COPY & T-SHIRTS, S.L. or authorized third parties. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
COPY & T-SHIRTS, S.L. does not guarantee continuous Platform availability and will not be liable for technical interruptions or user-generated content.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
